Founder
Paul Beshay is the Founder of Guiding Star Mental Health, where he combines his background as a licensed therapist with a passion for expanding access to exceptional behavioral health services. His vision for Guiding Star is rooted in compassionate, patient-centered care that supports recovery and improves outcomes for injured workers and the professionals who serve them.

A serial entrepreneur and healthcare leader, Paul founded Guiding Star to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and accessible mental healthcare. His unique blend of clinical insight and entrepreneurial leadership continues to shape the organization's mission and long-term direction.

Known for his servant leadership approach and builder's mindset, Paul is passionate about creating innovative solutions that make care easier to access and more meaningful to deliver. Outside of work, you'll often find him traveling, exploring church history, or enjoying a good cup of coffee.
