Paul Beshay
Founder

Paul Beshay is the Founder of Guiding Star Mental Health, where he combines his background as a licensed therapist with a passion for expanding access to exceptional behavioral health services. His vision for Guiding Star is rooted in compassionate, patient-centered care that supports recovery and improves outcomes for injured workers and the professionals who serve them.

A serial entrepreneur and healthcare leader, Paul founded Guiding Star to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and accessible mental healthcare. His unique blend of clinical insight and entrepreneurial leadership continues to shape the organization's mission and long-term direction.

Known for his servant leadership approach and builder's mindset, Paul is passionate about creating innovative solutions that make care easier to access and more meaningful to deliver. Outside of work, you'll often find him traveling, exploring church history, or enjoying a good cup of coffee.
William Bronson
Chief Executive Officer

William "Bill" Bronson serves as Chief Executive Officer of Guiding Star Mental Health, where he leads the organization's strategic vision and commitment to delivering exceptional behavioral health services for injured workers. With more than two decades of executive leadership experience spanning healthcare, financial services, insurance, technology, and marketing, Bill brings a unique ability to build organizations that create meaningful and measurable outcomes.

Bill holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, an MBA, and dual bachelor's degrees in Finance and Management Information Systems. Throughout his career, he has built and led national organizations and developed innovative, scalable business models that improve both experiences and outcomes.

At Guiding Star, Bill is passionate about building thoughtful, patient-centered systems that make exceptional care easier to deliver, support recovery, and strengthen collaboration among injured workers, referral partners, and healthcare providers.
Lourdes Morris
Director of Operations

Lourdes Morris serves as Director of Operations, East Coast for Guiding Star Mental Health, where she provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to support exceptional behavioral health services for injured workers. She is responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing the patient experience, and supporting the organization's continued growth throughout the region.
​
With nearly three decades of healthcare leadership experience, Lourdes brings extensive expertise in healthcare operations, clinical practice management, and workers' compensation. During her 19 years with a leading orthopedic practice, where approximately 60% of patients were workers' compensation cases, she developed deep experience in occupational injury management, multidisciplinary care coordination, and regulatory compliance.

Known for her servant leadership approach and commitment to excellence, Lourdes is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating patient-centered systems that improve outcomes for both patients and referral partners.
