Beshay

CEO & Founder

Paul Beshay is the CEO and founder of Guiding Star Mental Health, where he combines his background as a licensed therapist with his heart for ministry to serve seniors with dignity and care.

With a deep commitment to faith and mental health, Paul built Guiding Star to bridge the gap between compassion and clinical excellence. As a serial entrepreneur, he brings a bold vision and a builder’s mindset — constantly looking for new ways to grow, streamline, and scale care.

He’s always chasing ways to make services more accessible — and usually doing it with a coffee in hand. Outside of work, you’ll find him traveling, diving into church history, or turning everyday conversations into therapy sessions (by accident).
